Welcome to the website of Danville First Baptist Church. It is an honor to be the Pastor of this Great Church. I am excited that you have chosen to visit us on-line. I hope that you will take this opportunity to look around and get to know us. Our Church has over a hundred years of history and we are seeking to reach individuals and families in the area who are looking for a place to learn about God and enjoy warm, friendly fellowship. From our nursery, children and youth to our young adult thru senior adult departments, our church is committed to helping people grow closer to the Lord and to each other.

After you have taken the time to familiarize yourself with some of the opportunities available to you and your family through the ministry of Danville FBC; it is possible you will identify some areas where we can assist in meeting specific needs in your life.

The selection of a Bible teaching, Christ centered Church Home is vital to your Spiritual Growth. Having a Church home provides some of the most meaningful connections in life. The relationships, spiritual encouragement, and service opportunities make life richer and more significant. Perhaps you do not have a Church Home, this Sunday will be a great time to start looking. I guess you could call us “Relaxed Fit!” God doesn’t require suits and ties, So why should we? However, if you like suits and ties that’s fine as well. At Danville, FBC we know that Church isn’t about how you look. It’s about finding God's answers for everyday life. We feature inspiring music, relevant messages, a casual atmosphere and real people who would love to meet you.

Ministry Objective:

To be where God wants me, and to show my Heavenly Father’s love and grace

not just in the pulpit, but in my daily walk. To be obedient to the Lord and serve Him by loving, caring and ministering to people. I believe this is best done by

investing time in their lives, loving them the way God loves us, showing them a

a living example of what a Godly life looks like. I know that God has called me

to serve as a pastor/preacher. My heart’s desire is to see people come to know the

Lord, grow in their relationship with Him, and serve Him with their lives. I seek

a church with the same passion to love others, so that they may come to follow

Christ and gain a deep personal relationship with our Savior.
